If the alarm sounds
Evacuate immediately. Use the staircases
Go to meeting place outside the main entrance to Coop Extra
Members of the Board will immediately,if possible ,find out why the alarm is released
·Stay at the meeting point until you are told what to do, stay even if the alarm is not sounding anymore. If it was a fake alarm, the Board will let you know as soon as possible
If ongoing fire: CALL 110
Then inform members of the board (carrying yellow pullovers) where the fire is ongoing.· · Stay at the meeting point, until new messages are given!
If someone in your apartment is missing, tell members of the Board (yellow pullover)
If fake alarm
Represenative of the Board will turn off the alarm
Securitas(or other fire guards) and the fire brigade will be informed
Tenants are informed and can then return to their apartments.
IMPORTANT!
If you by accident release the alarm, do as follows:
DON’T touch the sensor inside your apartment
Call·Torunn Pedersen, immediately, mobile 98 20 53 54, and tell it was a fake alarm.
Go to the hallroom/entrance of nr 12 and inform other neighbours probably gathering at this place initially. This is where the reset button for the alarm box.
The Board underline that cost of fire brigade action will be forwarded to owner of the apartment where the alarm is relewased.
